That's basically like a good night of boxing after dark or something(Though I have no idea how they factor streams into the count minus the paid one's). Meh. Nothing exciting, but at least he's relevant.

Zou Shiming is an okay-good fighter, late in his career and at a weight where no one gives a ****, that Top Rank is trying to hype as God's Gift to the Chinese market; something that's blatantly false. For a PBC hater, it's surprising to me that you now want to push that bandwagon.

China, as a product/services market, is still a paper dragon; for a nation of 1.4b people, the actual number of folks well enough off, to worry about buy P&G Gillete Razors, Apple iPhones, or going into their pocket to get TV/internet or shell the equivalent of 30 Yuan(about what it costs for a fancy meal for you and some friends) to watch a single fight event, isn't all that high.

Let China rally around a fighter, with people being so invested in aid fighter, that a growing audience goes into their own pockets to back the guy; to have Arum try and create a star out of thin air, and have you so steadfastly want to back such a story, is hilarious to watch.
Yeah, because the populations of Cuba and China are roughly equal.

I enjoy the PBC when they put on dope fights like Thurman porters. I know fights are free in most markets but for a country that has less than 5x as many people as the USA to do 6.5 mil on tv or the equivalent of almost 12x as many as many viewers as Adonis Stevenson had on on spike tv in the us is great news. And as u said its a weight class no cared about vs the ratings of a lineal champion. And we haven't mentioned the streaming audience. This really is good news. As a champion of free boxing u should like this as much as what PBC is doing

Zou is a little starstruck in commercial

Named as adidas' global ambassador to promote its ClimaCool running shoes, Zou was invited to shoot a TV commercial with a glittering group of elite athletes, which included soccer greats Beckham and Messi as well as NBA star Derrick Rose, in London earlier this year.

Cmon man some of you guys just hating on Zou to hate, just like those anti-Haymon or anti-PBC guys do.

However you cut it Zou, from the best of my knowledge, is the most watched active boxer in the sport today from the sounds of these types of numbers. Whats the problem with saying that? Okay he's not an Asian Ray Robinson, but he's a guy who'd captured the imagination of the Chinese fans & will likely end up being looked at as a pioneer of sorts for Chinese boxing a few decades down the road.

And Arum helped facilitate this all going down. Arum, as much as I dislike him in 9 outta 10 situations, did a great thing here & deserves credit for the plan & the balls to take the risk no one else was smart enough to line up or put into action. Respect to Zou & Arum with this whole Chinese boxing market thing.

Have you ever actually watched 'Where Are We Going, Dad?'; it's a program entirely built around the viewers fawning over the silliness/sadness that could be expected of 5-7 year old kids. lol

not at all you were the one explaining how valuable stevenson was and when i schooled you on how khan was doubling his ratings and damn nearly tripling them on showtime you didn't like yet now when this midget chinese dude does over 11x the audience of stevenson's spike numbers and doesn't include the chinese streams u should see why you should be cheering these numbers.
