Bernard Hopkins Top 10 All Time Great Based On Opposition, Wins + World Records?

Is Hopkins a Top 10 All Time Great based on wins, opponents faced in general (resumé), and his world record of becoming the oldest fighter ever to win a world title which automatically places him in an entirely unique position that no other boxer in history can now claim? Perhaps Hopkins might even have a solid argument for claiming the number one ATG spot at this point, as in the best fighter to ever lace them up?

Just a snippet of the resumé:

    Roy Jones x2
    Tarver
    Johnson
    Calzaghe
    Kovalev
    Trinidad
    Wright
    De La Hoya
    Joppy
    J.D. Jackson
    Pascal
    Dawson
    Taylor
    Eastman
    Pavlik
    Daniels
    + many more

Became the oldest fighter ever to win a world championship (48 years, 1 month, and 22 days) when he defeated Tavoris Cloud to win the IBF Light Heavyweight Championship on March 9, 2013. He surpassed his own record (46 years, 4 months, and 6 days), which he set when he defeated Jean Pascal to win the WBC Light Heavyweight Championship on May 11, 2011. A résumé includes wins and losses. It represents the persons background in it's entirety. That's why I said "opponents faced in general".
