He has all the say...in his own fights.. because he just would never take fights unless he could cheat the opponent with all his conditions...but as far as other than his own fights... he has no say at all... HBO blackballed Haymon and Haymon has no PPV fighters under his control. Even Thurman v. Porter is on CBS...

HBO has all the PPV fights, so Floyd's comments are unsurprisingly invalid.

How can Floyd and Al have all the say so in boxing if the sport is racist against African Americans? Come on Floyd, put the blunt down.

Of course this isn't true. Al Haymon has a LOT of influence over the sport, and he doesn't need Floyd, not in the long run anyway. Mayweather was worth a hell of lot to Haymon as a fighter and that has allowed Floyd to attach himself to him in a promotional/business sense for that reason, for the time being anyway.

Haymon will go along with that until it's certain Floyd will never fight again, then really what does Mayweather have to offer Haymon as it stands right now? It's not like he has a promotional company with a great stable of fighters. Maybe that will change in future to the point where Mayweather Promotions becomes huge like Golden Boy was at one point maybe 6-7 years ago, Otherwise he doesn't have a lot to offer Al Haymon once he's definitely retired as a fighter.

Anyway, great fighter of course but i think he's overestimating his importance in the sport after his fighting days, unless as i say, his promotion company starts signing a lot of the top fighters in the sport.

Someone needs call HBO to film it, duck tape this wacko egotistical DA to the asphalt, and flatten his ridiculous carcass with a steamroller. There. Problem solved. No more wacked out overblown ego b.s. What a loony delusional moron he is. This DA can't even read, is a known juicer and ducker, has a lame promotion company with essentially no top fighters, and he thinks HE controls the sport? If that's the case, boxing may as well pack it in.

There's a he!!uva lot more to dislike the guy for. Maybe you should change the record to 35-14, which is probably about right if you change the Wins on the IV fights to Losses.

Money May has lost a grip on reality. He's retired and he is trying a way to figure out what he should do for his promotion to stay relevant. He's not used to being the center of the boxing world and it's going to take time for him to get used to that.
Thing is, he's NEVER been the center of the boxing world except for with some of the casual boxing fans and even less of the hard core boxing fans. Most went to see cards he was on to hopefully see him lose. And if Oscar hadn't brought him into PPV Land, he'd have just been another boring fighter with not much else. Reminds me of a saying in the recording industy... no matter how good, bad, in between a band/artist is, if they stick around long enough they'll reach a certain level of success.

Pac just wanted the fight, and was passive in his demands. That isn't even remotely an example of his wild claims being somehow true.
