Brook is either playing it classy for now, or is simple chastened by being frozen out. Don't know who Hearn is going to get for him, but odds are it will be a burnt out former JWW who still has a bit of a name.

Hearn basically said himself in a recent IFLTV interview that he has to land the winner of Porter-Thurman, Garcia or Bradley for Kell next.
He also stated that Brook may have to travel. Personally i think Hearn is full of **** but at least he's coming out and saying the right things.
The Brook vs. Khan fight will still have value even if Khan take's a worst case scenario/blast-out loss from Canelo. The cross town rivals angle always works so long as Khan is willing to pick up a couple wins in between to help build it.
But really Brook should start hunting better fights. There are a lot of names he could go after so long as he's willing to travel. Hope he doesn't go the Khan route with his career.
P4 p canelo and khan are probably quite close, except canelo is bigger. Nelo probably around the 15 p4p mark. Khan in that ballpark as well.
Khan will like that people think he will lose. He fights better then. Tries protect his chin more
Canelo is top ten, after Kov, Ward, Pac, Klit, and GGG. Canelo is somewhere between 5-10. Khan is more in the 15up ball park range. And that's a rating being modest to GGG who has only a handful of opponents with a pulse.
As for the topic at hand, I genuinely believe Brook wants Khan to win this fight and not for any other reason outside the fact he's rooting for a fellow countrymen. I believe at the end of the day, the British stick together like that.
