      Ehh, his dad is Russian, he has a Soviet surname, and he looks Russian. Yeah he's half Korean and born in Kazakhstan if i'm not mistaken. But it's safe to call him European if you want to. It's certainly more suitable than calling him Asian. If someone says he's Russian/Eastern European, can't really blame them due to his father, looks, and surname.
