  • Comments Thread For: Haye Says The Klitschko Era is Over, Tabs Fury For Repeat Win

Former two division world champion David Haye is backing Tyson Fury to win more impressively when he faces Wladimir Klitschko for a second time.

Fury traveled to Germany and upset Klitschko last November with a twelve round unanimous decision to capture the WBO/IBO/IBF/WBA world heavyweight titles.

IS this an old interview or is Haye incredibly thick?

Fury has said 100 times since the Klitschko fight that he wants Wilder - and even showed up in New York, crashing the party.

Fury also said he might retire the other week and then a day later is talking about wanting Klitschko ASAP. Fury is bi-polar

Would be disappointing if Fury doesn't take on all comers being the 'real' HW champion; that he would in fact decide to vacate titles rather than defend. Goes to show, his heart is not really in it. It would be better for boxing if Vladimir took back all the titles; at least we would be able to recognize a worthy champion again.

You'll lose that cash. Fury is a superior boxer to Wladimir and would beat him 99/100.

                Still massively butthurt

Fury will stay as champion as long as he wants to. He's the best, most talented HW on the planet.

'As long as he wants to'

Oh dear, you're in for a massive shock one of these days if you truly believe so. He's a KO waiting to happen and everybody knows it. As soon as he faces a big puncher who will truly engage, he's in trouble. A guy like Amir Mansour could really hurt Fury.

A crude midget brawler like Mansour would get nowhere near the Furious One. The only HW who has the slightest chance of beating Tyson Fury is Luis Ortiz, and even then Fury would still win.

He's faced a big puncher, Klitschko. He took some clean blows off him in the 12th round, and what happened? Fury laughed in his face.
