Khan and Wade don't really prove Haymon is willing to work with HBO.

As far as I know Khan deal isn't
similar to the vast majority of PBC fighters, he has more say on where he fights and who he fights.

As for Wade, what was the real option. Either let Wade get smashed on HBO or go to purse bid in which PBC would lose and Wade would still be on HBO.

But would Haymon be willing to allow his invested fights onto HBO. I halfway think he'll let Lara go but in reality team Lara don't want the fight and are hiding behind Haymon while calling GGG out.

Some excellent events coming up but Al will still be hated because he's black and successful

Everything this guy just said is correct.

Khan has a totally different contract than other PBC fighters and Wade is a mandatory. It is true that Haymon never loses a purse bid but even he isn't interested in this one. Haymon's not going to donate millions to GGG so that GGG can smash his own fighter on live network TV. If it were expected to be a competitive fight, he would've forced a bid.

Why should GGG fight Lara? Lara isn't a money maker. He is a runner and not exciting. GGG wants to unify middleweight and knocking out Lara does nothing to further that goal. Maybe you think a Lara vs GGG is some wonderful fight that just hast to be made. Most fans don't think so. There is no big demand for that fight. Why is Lara fighting bums in his last 3 title defenses? That's not how you earn a fight with the world's best middleweight. Why isn't Lara trying to fight the other 154 pound champs? Why doesn't Lara try to fight Jacobs? If Lara had a middleweight belt GGG would go after him. Lara drew with Vanes and Molina and lost to Williams and Canelo. He is not that good and GGG could easily beat him but GGG has no reason what so ever to fight him. You know GGG already has a fight with his top challenger and then he is supposed to fight Canelo. You remember Canelo. He is the guy who beat Lara not so long ago.

Or people will just move the goalposts to alter their narrative about this Haymon/HBO stuff. Lotsa mfers were saying Haymon fighters wouldn't be on HBO at all & now there are reasons they are on HBO & the previous stuff about them not being HBO for any reason isn't the goalpost anymore.

Fwiw not saying that was previously your stance SilverMiles, cuz idk that to be true or false, but ik thats a pretty standard take when things that "will never happen" in some peoples opinions happen.

Haymon paid 3.1 million for Degale vs Dirrell when it would be easier to have just had it in UK.

People just can't give Haymon credit for any fight.

Who's not giving credit to Haymon for making that fight? It was a very good fight.

But what the hell does this have to do with Haymon fighters appearing on HBO? Seems you've lost the plot here lol ...
