Cuban trainer Pedro Diaz has added another member to his stable, with light heavyweight Yuniesky Gonzalez (16-2, 12 KO) hiring his services.

Gonzalez, who until recently was prepared by the technical Orlando Cuellar, start will train on Monday under the guidance of Diaz in Miami and he's going to leave for Russia with the whole team.

I wouldn't mind seeing them fight again. It's a shame Braehmer won't leave Germany, I think he fits in quite well with these 2 Pascal/Gonzalez/Braehmer

Good Move

Diaz is a good trainer and has had a good deal of success.

Gonzalez has had 2 tough losses in a row even though both were good showings. I thought he did beat Pascal but did lose to Slava.

He has a ton of ability but needs to sharpen some tools.
Gonzalez has a bright future still and I look forward to seeing him again.
