Crips aren't one big gang. There are a bunch of different gang sets usually named after the neighborhood or street they were formed in. A lot of times crips battle with other crips. I think it's highly unlikely that Snoop knew the guy who did it.

A LAPD detective has reasons to believe that it was puffy..... plus is makes sense as well... have you seen tupac's last interview? where he was there with snoop talking about ending the east coast/west coast beef... snoop looks like he knew what was gonna happen... snoop is a crip.... they say puffy hired a crip... now im sure that snoop isn't gonna rat out his brothers.

Snoop is from ES 20's Crip (ETC) it's highly unlikely they were affiliated with the Crip that allegedly killed Pac. They're a small gang from Long Beach. Now, that LAPD detective saying that Biggie was killed by a Damu makes sense. He was killed in L.A. in a Piru neighborhood if I remember correctly. But I've also heard stories about the cops killing him too.

Jamie Kavanagh, formerly of the Wild Card, was due to headline tomorrow night's card. His father and uncle were enforcers for the Kinahan gang who are a well known outfit based in Dublin, and who also finance MGM. Both Kavanagh's uncle and father were killed by the Kinahan gang over the past year, because they were accused of not passing on collections. Jamie Moore's shooting was supposedly a case of mistaken identity, with some people saying it was an attempted hit on one of the Kinahan's (whose house he had just left) and other saying it was an attempted hit on one of the Kavanaghs.

Today's shooting seems to be a retaliation carried out by another group for the shooting of a guy called Gary Hutch last September in Spain. Hutch was the nephew of a notorious gangster that the tabloid press called The Monk, and is thought to have been killed by the Kinahans.

In the middle of all this is Macklin's Gym and the fighters associated with it. At this point any of them who go near that scene deserve all they get.
