Interesting note, Floyd makes a comment about his left shoulder to his corner after round one. So, clearly it was an issue and not an excuse after the fight.

Not controversial at all......not a robbery in any fighters favor...i may have had 4 swing rounds but what I see is everyone expect Mayweather to run at the end of the fight but when he planted his feet and stood his ground he got the better of it

The fight could have been considered a draw. I personally think that Castillo Imposed his will and pulled It out by a few points. I am looking forward to your next thread. Nice job.

Scored it a draw last time I watched. Could see a Mayweather win but I don't think Castillo deserved to lose his title that night. I need to watch again.

i Agree...he couldve kept his title and Mayweather wouldve been undefeated but had that blemish...the fight couldve easily been a draw and its one of the obvious fights where the punch stats dont mean much

Mayweather won his rounds of precision and defense and Castillo rounds he won were more bruising....good thing fights are scored round by round

Round 3 10-9 Floyd. He jabbed him to death that round and Castillo did literally nothing until the last 30 seconds when he landed the best punch of the fight. I didn't feel that was good enough to win it though.

I don't see Castillo doing much so far, he only gets going way too late in the round. Floyd isn't blowing him away but he's doing enough throughout the round to negate the one good punch Castillo lands near the end.
