I'm one of the few people it seems who rates Ustinov. I followed him in K-1 where he just seemed impervious to harm despite the fact that huge guys were trying to kick the crap out of him. His limitations in boxing are obvious, but he still brings that incredible toughness and brute strength to the ring along with a fair bit of canniness that he's learned over the years.

Ortiz should beat him, but the manner of that win will say a lot more about his true qualities. Ustinov's the type of guy that can pull an upset if you take him lightly.

We still haven't seen him. Maybe he's incognito, witness protection, or something.

Ustinov is a euro level gatekeeper, it's good activity from Ortiz facing Dimitrenko and this other big ass goober.

Can't wait for a fight versus Chagaev, if he can get in shape and still retains at least some of his former desire from 3 years ago then we have a boxing fight.

These fights suffice in the mean time.

You´re not alone. Ortiz is the favourite, but Ustinov is underrated. He´s huge, tough and fights smart. Lacks speed of course, 290 lbs guys rarely fight like Rigo.

Ortiz is almost 60 years old.

Ustinov needs to make this a long fight and wait til grandpa ortiz is ready for his pipe and slippers by about the 10th round, then take him out

Parker is now one WBO.He just personally called out Joshua.
But fast Eddie will say no.Something about protecting his investment.

Ortiz will take care of Ustinov.

"the World Boxing Association (WBA) was having trouble locating Alexander Ustinov"

He's 6' 7" and nearly 300 lbs, how hard can he be to locate? He's unlikely to slip down the back of the sofa ffs.

Has anyone checked the beaches of Hunstanton.....

This guy is not a better fighter then Jennings he's just bigger. Ortiz too much skill for him and too much power. He getting laid out.
