Canelo has a big chance at beating Khan. Here's why:

Canelo beat the feared and underrated mexican slickster Miguel ¨Titere¨ Vazquez twice

It happened back when Canelo was just a lad under no one's radar, once in 2006 (It was Vazquez' debut and Canelo's 3rd fight) and once again in 2008

One year later, the slick & brown Vazquez boxed Breidis Prescott's ears off for 12 rounds to win a lopsided decission, it was a total schooling

Prescott was just coming off the biggest win of his career after punching Khan's lights out, taking Khan's precious cherry in devastating fashion, this defeat remains unavenged because Khan was terrified of sharing the same ring with Prescott again, for understandable reasons

In other words, Prescott made Khan his *****, then that same Prescott got humilliated by Vazquez, and Vazquez has been Canelo's ***** since day one, in short:

    Canelo > Vazquez > Prescott > Khan

    A > B
    B > C

    A > C

    Canelo will beat Khan

Of Course he should beat Khan. Khan is a welter moving up to fight at 155lbs. He is not acquainted with fighting at that weight against somebody that most likely will come in at 175 lbs! Khan at best might come into the ring weighing 165 lbs , so yes this, on paper is a mismatched. I feel Khan will be successful early on, but then the flood gates will open up & Canelo sheer size in weight will enable him to stop khan. Now if this added weight could make Khan's jaw withstand Canelo's power, it might be more interesting...but I highly doubt it.

It's not that Canelo will beat Khan it's how he will beat Khan. A hook, a straight right hand, a jab?

This fight shouldn't be competitive, and it's a way to just make a lot of money before he takes on the monster that is GGG. It's the only reason I'm OK with the fight.

This is one of the best, most thoroughly thought out troll threads I have ever seen. This guy had to go back and research old fights and ****. Well done.
