    Boxing worst run sports?

This is probably why boxing isn't as big as it can be. Its just very poorly ran. There so much wrong with boxing it's unreal. If all the sanctioning bodies of boxing would combine so there one belt per division that would make it so much better like how basketball and football did back then.

If that's too much to ask for then have more tournaments like the super 6. That's way more exciting then the crap matches we've been getting and stop all the top guys from avoiding each other. I'm starting to get tired of the matches we've been getting lately.

Only thing I've been enjoying is some of the pbc fights.

Boxing is'nt ran by anyone. There is no supreme authority. It is a sport where the inmates run the asylum. Until that changes, boxing will be a fringe sport. Sanctioning bodies, managers, promoters, networks , fighters and even athletic commoissions let all this **** slide. Sad part is, the only ones that can really drop the hammer are athletic commissions, and they don't seem to be bothered.

Its sad when I can sit here and literally think of 30 matchups that would make me drool, within divisions, and we might be lucky and get few of them this year.

I can't get into mma for some reason. I'm not sure what it is. A lot of matches seems intriguing to me but it seems like it takes two or three years for these matches to developed. Super irritated we got a gggvswade and canelovskhan just announced. I guess I'm kinda excited about Thurmanvsporter though.

The closest thing we had to and authority to the sport was Don King. Ever since he fell off The fights we see or worse and worse coincidence?I think not, almost every fighter in the sport has something negative to say about King but as a fan I love the guy you got your moneys worth on a Don King fight card that's for sure and he wasnt afraid of putting his champions against the best (probably because he was making $$ off the champion and challenger)

I remember especially in the 1990s, that King always put on the best cards.

May 7, 1994- the rematches card- Chavez-Randall II, McClellan-Jackson II, Nelson-Leija II and Norris-Brown II. FOUR big rematches on ONE card! Unbelievable!

That's just one example of the mega-cards he put on in his day.

              Never see that happen now.

Like I said you can thank Haymon and Floyd for destroying cards like that when one Greedy Phuck wants the entire pot it leaves nothing else for other stars to be in it cause they too want to be paid

Actually, the Pac-May fight should have been the biggest card of all-time. Instead it was just as pathetic as the main event.

DK would have never let people down like that.
