Not the same. When DLH fought Pac he was old, past his prime, and had to come down to 147 while Pac had to come up. DLH hadn't fought at welterweight in almost 10 years when he fought Pac. Khan is fighting a young, prime, strong champion who is comfortable at the weight he is moving up to. Bad comparison Oscar.
