Two different men from two vastly different backgrounds, yet the more things seem different the more they are the same. It is amusing to see that both Canelo and Khan have the mentality of walking right in to fire despite being cash cows in the sport.
Canelo is the same guy who asked for Lara despite his team having reservations, I wasn't a fan initially until his career took a 180 in regards to opposition where his current run stands at: Trout, Angulo, Lara, Kirkland and Cotto. I won't include Mayweather cuz who doesn't want Floyd. He is ONLY 25 years old. Amazing!
Khan, "the glass chinned bum" who was supposedly finished after Prescott went on to not only win a World title, but chose to leave the comforts of UK and take on some of the roughest and toughest in the game yet never earning the true respect of many his compatriots for reasons beyond boxing. May 7th will see another chapter in the story of Khan where he jumps up not one, but two weight classes to become Lineal MW champion of the World. He leaves behind an option of fighting for $10 Mil plus vs Brook also holding a "world" title (zzzzzz).
