Oscar De La Hoya (the man in charge of making the fight) just cleared it up. Khan was asking for 154 lbs. Either way, it's a negotiation and he has every right to ask for something like that especially since he has never fought above 147 lbs. Bottom line is that Khan still took the fight at 155 lbs.

Khan just made Floyd Mayweather look like a b!tch. Mayweather dehydrated Canelo down to 152. Khan is stepping up like a MAN.

Khan just dropped a nuclear bomb on Boxing. By taking this fight, he has indefinitely shut Kell Brook up. He has shut up all his haters. Hate him all you want. But, give him his respect. The man has the heart of a lion. The biggest heart in Boxing without a doubt.

      Khan was ducked by:
Cotto, JMM, Tim Bradley, Pacquiao, Garcia (rematch) and Mayweather.

Here's Freddie talking about avoiding Khan for Cotto:
Khan showed great courage and confidence in his fighting skills to fight the formidable Canelo.

How did Khan murk Brook? Khan is taking a fight as a huge underdog because its a huge payday-that isn't something new.

Khan has no power here so he couldn't negotiate a different weight.

Anyone would take the huge payday fight but not everyone takes the tough fight with a lot of risk for less money.

he has literally just taken a harder fight for less money than the brook fight.
