He's been calling out Floyd since the days when Khan was a leading lww, probably second only to Bradley and had a run of wins over Maidana, Kotelnik, Judah and Malignaggi, fans have been talking about the potential match up too. In 2014, Khan deserved the fight far more than Maidana. When fighting Floy, deserved means nothing.
In terms of Pacquiao, there have been rumours about a potential match up since the two guys first sparred with each other.Comment

It was relevant because it was another fighter taking a fight in which he apparently stood no chance without batting an eyelid. What's Garcia got to do with this? For your info, I was one of the few who predicted in favour of Garcia but it's still an irrelevant post.
In terms of floyd, he castrated himself in the Canelo fight by fighting a fellow champion in the division (remember Floyd had already fought twice at the limit of 154lb for the title) at a catchweight. That's ridiculous and there's nothing brave about it. Khan is fighting 2 divisions above his current highest weight and is fighting for the lineal mw crown.
Khan, a guy who has been stopped before and never fought any one as big as Canelo before, is going to go in there without any tune ups or any rehydration/weight clauses.
It was balls, Pascal's always been a brave fighter.
Floyd was never a Light middle, he didn't castrate anything or anyone he fought two former Welters at Light Middle in DelaHoya and Cotto and then he fought a Genuine Light Middle Who made 153 for his previous fight a pound lower.
Your ignorance of this indicates that you have no interest in discussing the realities of the fight.Comment

I think taking a fight where you have everything to lose takes more guts than taking one where people expect little to nothing from you. If Khan gets splattered by Canelo, he has every excuse in place (basically every reason named for him being brave for taking this fight. Weight, activity, etc.....). He goes in against one of his peers at 147lbs (Garcia, Brook or Thurman) and gets laid out with no excuses, what does he have left?
I've seen this from Khan before. He was talking about Mayweather before fighting Prescott. He refused to face John Murray at the time, believing himself to be already beyond all that and got knocked out on his first step to the "big time".Comment

Cotto is about Floyd's height and Oscar is 2 or 3 inches taller than Floyd AND Canelo and has fought as high as middleweight. What the hell are you on about? YOu're making yourself sound ridiculous. Just stop. Floyd had fought 2 champions and was unwilling to fight a 3rd champion in his own division at the correct weight. I'm pretty sure that's never been done before lol That was a ***** move.It was relevant because it was another fighter taking a fight in which he apparently stood no chance without batting an eyelid.

Plus, Floyd was a betting favourite anyway. You're getting owned, just walk away man.Comment

Again you have demonstrated ignorance and a lack of basic comprehension skills, you repeated and help to emphasise my point for me. Floyd was never a Light Middle Both Cotto and DelaHoya as you stated are similar in size to Floyd. The only person who was obviously much bigger than Floyd (Who is not a light Middle) at Light Middle was Canelo who came down a total of 1 pound from his previous fight weight to make the fight happen.Cotto is about Floyd's height and Oscar is 2 or 3 inches taller than Floyd AND Canelo and has fought as high as middleweight. Saying that Floyd fought at light middle twice previously against two Welterweights and weighed in at 150 means nothing this does not make him a Light Middle. Just as fighting a Welter at heavyweight would not make him or that person a heavyweight if they still weighed in below the limit.
Canelo was not drained, Floyd is not a Super Welter and the win is as valid as any.Comment

Was Floyd already a champion in the light middleweight division before fighting Canelo? Yes/No?
Also, you're whole argument is that Floyd didn't want to fight someone 2lb heavier than him? loool It doesn't really help. But whatever, you seem confused.

The whole 'TMT' thing is ****** as is Floyd and at the moment you also come across as ******.Did Floyd fight two champion at 154lb before fighter canelo? Yes/no?

Floyd did fight in the 154 weight class yes, he didn't fight at 154 though, no as he weighed 150 and 151 for the fights he competed in whilst under that weight category.
And yes Floyd was a champion in the 154 category, at the time of the Canelo fight despite never actually weighing in at 154 lbs any other questions to which you already know the answer dummy?
What evidence do you have that Canelo was drained? He made the weight first attempt, weighed in at 153 for his previous fight and is still only 3 lbs heavier for his fights than he was then.Last edited by nubianpiye; 02-04-2016, 05:35 AM.Comment
