I don't think we can use that this time. Ask every 173 lb male in the audience if they're willing to fight Amir Khan for several million dollars and you would get a stampede.

Canelo sure as hell is no coward but neither is GGG. How can you say he fights no one???? He just KOed a world middleweight champion so that is not no one. He is trying like hell to fight Canelo and Canelo is not no one. He has defended his titles 14 times and won all defenses by KO. Seven of those defenses were against top 10 world rated middleweights at the time he fought them. Top ten world rated fighters aren't no one. GGG would fight even better middleweights but they refuse to fight him and that is not his fault. Saunders, Cotto, Martinez, Kid Chocolate and Jacobs all refuse to fight GGG for any reasonable amount of money. He still has done a great job of defending his titles against GOOD opposition. He defends his titles 4 times a year instead of only once or twice a year like most of the other champions do. Name one champion who has done a better job of defending his title than GGG. Then let's go to neutral boxrec and see where their challengers are ranked and how often they put their title on the line.

        So what?

It's a "voluntary", he can pick who he wants.

Let's see what he does come "mandatory" time before using terms like "coward".

155 is not a weight class. This is why boxing pisses me off regularly

It's pretty much the Mayweather blueprint of his later career. Pick up some paydays against smallish opponents.

The difference is that when Floyd was Canelo's age, he was kicking ass.

I don't see Alvarez getting any signature wins this way....

We might as well get rid of ****ing weight classes. Andre Ward did the same **** fighting at light heavy catch weights. This isn't boxing

Pretty much. Boxing is a joke nowadays but this is something I didn't even expect. Fighting a ww, for the mw title, at 155 pounds. People really need to let that sink in.

Peter Quillin is a bum and would get UD'd by Canelo.
