There's certainly no denying the BS here. I don't think this was a duck on Manny's part, more like Arum making an excuse cover the fact that he wanted to keep it in house. On paper Khan definitely has a much better chance against Manny than he does against Canelo right now, so HBO is not to blame.

I think you are delusional if you think Manny ducked Khan. Khan doesn't Amir doesn't have the two things that could trouble Manny, the elusiveness and the Power. Manny had stated in numerous pieces that I 've seen that he wants Khan. The unfortunate part is that Manny as big as a star as he is, is a puppet to one old fart named Arum. Arum was posturing and had no intention of making this anything but an in-house fight. It was going to be Bradley or Crawford. Arum effectively killed that Khan fight without Manny even having any say in it.
