all that advertising money building up his fights then the backlash when casual fans are tricked into paying for a snoozefest, every time, wont miss that
I second that. Sounds like another money grab ploy to me. 9 figures after the last 2 stinkers, get real. Please stay retired Floyd. Pacquaio on his way out as well. I like what am seeing in boxing now as oppose to everyone sitting around taking less risk in hopes of a big payday. Thurman-Porter, maybe Khan-Brook, Garcia - Porter/Thurman winner all on free TV as oppose to the constant winning over PPV numbers, I 'll take that.

Of course he'll be back. No one except simpletons believes he's actually retired for good.

Stay the fkkkk away from the sport...although eventually I have a feeling his ego will get the best of him. Floyd while still very dominant was being hit by punches he normally hadn't in the past, overhand left would've eventually been his undoing.

                  Let's see...
                  • NEWS: Floyd is at a basketball game
                  • NEWS: Floyd helps nervous anthem singer at another basketball game
                  • NEWS: Floyd posing with Holly Holm
                  • NEWS: Floyd offers to train Rousey after she gets KO'd
                  • NEWS: Floyd beefing with Broner
                  • NEWS: Floyd set up Broner/Theophane
                  • NEWS: Floyd bashes Oscar De La Hoya over drag
                  • NEWS: Floyd planning something with Richard Schaefer
                  • NEWS: Floyd and Bieber out on some island together
                  • NEWS: Floyd is at Garcia/Guerrero
                  • NEWS: Floyd thought Guerrero was winning
                  • NEWS: Floyd said Garcia/Guerrero was a draw
                  • NEWS: Floyd "tried to convince himself" to comeback and failed
                  • NEWS: Floyd offered "9 figures" to come back

                  Then you have:
                  • All during Garcia/Guerrero the announcers keep bringing up Floyd and Floyd's style
                  • Keith Thurman wants to entice Floyd back in so he can fight him
                  • Amir Khan taunts Floyd during Garcia/Guerrero so he'll come back and fight
                  • GGG still calling Floyd's name, will come down to 154 to fight him
                  • Pacquiao still reliving MayPac, wants rematch even now

Then you've got at least once a week somebody coming out saying Floyd will come back for 50-0 against somebody.

For a guy that "nobody cares tho" there sure is a lot of chatter about him.

Ha !! He wouldn't fight until May any way. Jr will start to miss the big lights and adoration !! He is already missing it and covertly setting up another fight.

So many fighters come back and tarnish their legacy. Floyd needs to stay retired and go out on top like he did. But his ******** and being in the spotlight may get to him but his body cannot perform forever.
