Was Barrera really DQed in 1st Jr. Jones fight or KOed?

According to http://boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=008010 they have Barrera listed as DQ in Jr. Jones first fight. Wasn't he KOed or something? I remember he got back up though was then getting hammered on the ropes until he went back down and the fight was stopped. Am I missing something? I didn't see it live. Was from an old download viewing.
