Comments Thread For: WBA Prez: Canelo Beating Golovkin Would Erase All Doubts

WBA President Gilberto Jesus Mendoza has seen a lot of improvements in WBC middleweight champion Saul 'Canelo' (46-1-1, 32KOs) since the 2013 defeat at the hands of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Lil G can fight Nelo at 155 lbs or go kick rocks. The WBC won't strip Nelo having him as the champ is good for business. If there's one thing we learn from the WBC/ Suliman is that whoever generates the most money holds the power and in this case that's Nelo. It's time for Lil G to move up to 168 lbs anyways he'll never get the opportunity to unify the titles @ 154 BJ Saunders is in no hurry to fight him and he doesn't bring in a lot of money for Nelo to take the risk.

I take it your a Canelo fan and okay with the Caneloweight at 155..
Hopefully Canelo will be a man and meet him at 160. It's not like he comes in the ring at 165. More like 175+..

Same people who complained about Floyd making Canelo come down a few pounds are now back on this website defending Canelo for doing the same thing to Golovkin...the hypocrisy in this sport is so laughable.

The quandary of a Fraud Gayfeather fan, aka a FloeHoe. Do I put down a Mexican or a white dude? Who should I go with?

The only coward is that Beta Chicken Mayweather who has chicken feathers coming out of his ass and vagina and ducked and dodged all opponents until they either got too old or had to stoop down to his demands. He wouldn't fight Canelo at his full weight and wouldn't even say Golovkin's name without stuttering.

                So F-ck off

If he fights him at 160 thats good enough. If he last's more than monroe then that'll be even better.

This is a distraction. Whatever happened to Mendoza ordering the WBA mandatory (Jacobs) last Wednesday? Didn't he tell Chris Mannix that?
