Donaire. That Donaire that KO'd Darchinyan the first time was young, hungry, aggressive, and athletic.

Nonito would have at least 3" height advantage over Gonzalez.
He will be the naturally bigger guy.
I believe he is more athletic.

Gonzalez will have the advantage on skill, IMO but he is smallish former 105lb champ. If he cannot hurt or deter Nonito, it will be like him fighting estrada but with a different result.

At 112 Donaire being around 24-26 had just won his first world title/titles vs Darchinian ( first division) and became #1. FW with that. Gonzalez at 112 is currently P4P (primed) and has deeper resume at this weight and would be going in as a three weight world champion. Blow for Blow Gonzalez Power and Chin (44-0) is not to be tested - nevermind his KO ratio at the elite level 86%. King Chocolate by KO.

When Donaire fought at 112 didn't he go into the ring at 130 which gave him a huge size difference over his opponents

That'd be a helluva fight. Donaire was huge at that weight.
