Possible. Pascal still generated money and it was doing a time Kivalev had no other options while Pascal was in negotiates with Stevenson as well.

But your more than likely right, I searched the web and couldn't find one fight where the more popular challenger negotiate a rematch clause. I thought I read somewhere they had one but that might have been a comment on the forum.

Boxing was more fun when cats where doing crazy **** & pro wrestling hyping **** up. Bowe talking smack, kicking mfers in the ring & hitting cats at pressers. Mike Tyson threatening to eat children & biting mfers ears off. Hector Camacho coming into the ring looking like he was auditioning for a bit part on Game of Thrones. I'm pro boxers putting a lil more hustle & skin in the game instead of being the quiet respectful boring ass mfer. Even Ward's dull ass is talking more since his HBO deal got signed.

I do like this, but I found it weak tonight because this is a fight that's not going to happen.

I liked it when it was Tyson Fury doing it to Wilder, because I think that fight might actually happen.

I'm fairly surprised Adonis (and all his friends who held him back) was let in the ring tonight. Why let this happen if there's no chance for the fight to happen?
