It's close, but I am going with GGG. Pac was fighting better competition, and was fun to watch, but I love a good technical fighter over a pure brawler or puncher, and GGG is as exciting as Pacmonster was, is also stopping his opponents, but he is also a complete fighter with no real flaws or weaknesses. The story with Pac was, there was always a blueprint to beat him, we always knew he was one dimensional, with GGG that just isn't the case, there are people with bigger names and better resumes than him, but no one with that style, no fighter who you can say with certainty is all wrong for Golovkin, he is as complete as it gets.

Pacman. He was a tornado. He threw lots of punches and was exciting. I like GGG a lot though. He's a bit slower to engage though and he's not a speed freak. Triple G is more like a tank.

Pacman... he fought men who were supposed to beat him, upset the odds over and over again, and left a path of destruction through eight weight divisions.

Prime Pacquiao was more exciting, faster.

Golovkin appears to be more dominant, but Pacquiao was fighting better competition.

To be fair though Golovkin gets ducked by a lot of opponents, Pac was only really ducked by Mayweather.

Prime manny because he had much better gallery of opponents..

How would manny's career be if barrera, marquez and morales never fight him much like how sturm, serg, Cotto, and canelo havent fought ggg.

Plus manny's destruction of Hatton and cotto are two all time beatdowns in big fights
