The champions at 130 (where BoxRec has Gervonta Davis listed) are Francisco Vargas[Golden Boy], Jose Pedraza[mandatory defense owed as next fight], Roman Martinez[mandatory defense owed] and Uchiyama/Fortuna[WBA champions just mandated to fight each other]. Things aren't much better at lightweight either.

Davis is at least 3 fights away from being an option for a title.
