Good question, probably not. They only order fights when fighters are NOT signed to an exclusive deal.

Cotto/Lara would be a good fight, but I don't think Miguel wants anything too difficult at this stage of his career unless it pays him over $10mill, and that's not Lara.

This won't happen. Cotto has 2 options:

1. Marquez at 150
2. A soft touch to set up a Canelo rematch

Lara might be my least favorite boxer to watch but I think he would beat Cotto. I think stylistically it favors Lara. This is the 'biggest name' I can see Lara beating so if I were him I'd push for this fight. I personally don't think he stands a chance against GGG and I don't think he can do anything more than he did the first time vs Canelo.

I'd be surprised if Cotto took this fight. I think he'd much rather face Marquez since they are both towards the tail end of their careers, and since he'd have the size advantage over JMM.
