Comments Thread For: Robert Guerrero Pleased With Generating Consistent High Ratings

GILROY, CA - With the PBC (Premier Boxing Championships) debuting boxing back on NBC and FOX, Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (33-4-1, 18 KOs) remains the highest viewed TV fighter in the sport. In fact, Guerrero's fights with Keith "One Time" Thurman (26-0, 22 KOs) and Danny "Swift" Garcia (32-0, 18 KOs) are two of the most watched boxing matches in the last 17 years.

Good for Guerrero. I'm glad, he deserves it being a face first brawler. Hopefully it doesn't go to his head and starts demanding outrageous pay days like that moron broner

Exactly, he's never in a boring fight and deserves it. Don't think it'll get to his head, his feet are firmly in the ground, he's humble.

Danny and his fans/haters had a big thing to do with the good numbers. 12k in the staples center too, what was the stub hub looking like for Guerrero vs Martinez??? Lmao

robert guerrero has been in some great fights. his fights with japanese kamegai and vag eyed berto were f#cking scary. i don't like to see guys hit any more than that. they took hellish punishment and kept coming. garcia fight was quite entertaining, too. same with thurman. the guy is frewuently in very good fights.

i'd love to see him fight broner. i can't imagine broner having the kind of pop and getting the kind of respect that danny got. i think he can win.

he's proof that fans can change their minds about a fighter if he proves himself in the ring. remember when he basically said he didn't want to fight after a clash of heads against daud yordan? no? exactly, lol.
