I literally just read Floyd's latest interview on fighthype where he says Tank needs one or two more fights before he fights for a championship. That being said, he may still appear on the card. I agree with Floyd, didn't like how Tank looked in his last fight. Needs time to grow.

Davis isn't ranked in the top 15 of any organisation

So if Floyd isn't talking crap, I assume the corruption surrounding the WBA and Haymon to materialise a Fortuna-Davis fight for the bogus WBA regular belt?
