Depending how the Kovalev-Ward fight shakes out, Stevenson may also end up opening 2017 with a 175 undisputed 175 champion bout with Andre Ward (HBO only signed Ward for enough fights to get to the Kovalev fight, HBO has gone out of their way to knock near every possible opponent that Ward's camp has put forward, and the HBO machine has already been running their hit pieces against Ward in their support programming so it's pretty clear where they're standing), on SHOPPV from the T-Mobile Arena.

GGG has been fighting no names for some time...whats the difference? At least Ward has cleaned out a divison....all i hear about GGG is how he gets ducked, wants to fight the best then ends up fighting a no name or some one even hard core fans have to google search


cant have it both ways...wanna be critical dont pick and choose be consistent. GGG fought willie friggin Monroe, he has been active. He supposed to be this monster or beast, move up and chase the best like others in the past did when they were ducked

I hope Ward wins....We are never gonna see Kov vs Adonis....weve been waiting 3 years now, its turning into the lightheavyweight mayweather/pac saga and I dont have the attention span to wait....Adonis is old AF too...his promo is probably getting defenses in and trying to cash out with Kov or Ward
