Let's see. PBC has it as a PBC card. Showtime says it's a PBC card according to Raphael. The press conference had the PBC logo everywhere. Garcia-Guerrero announcers promoted it as PBC.

Then we go back to a Feb. 2015 press release where Espinoza said the plan was to cross promote Showtime Boxing on CBS.
