Since you guys doesn't seems to read any french news, I'm gonna explain you this : After the first fight, people from HBO immediatly met Jean Bedard (Pascal's promoter) to tell him how good this fight was and that they absolutly want a rematch. The fight sold really well and the crowd at the bell Center (12 000 ppl [I was one of them]) was really loud during the whole fight. In fact, when Pascal won round 5 and 6, there was a standing ovation for him !
This fight is a mismatch ? Really ? Can you remembrer anyone who did better than Pascal did ? Bernard Hopkins (the very same one who beat Pascal)? L-O-L. Pappy ran all night long and landed something like 50 punchs . Who would you rather have put in front of Kovy if not Pascal ? (Beside Stevenson and Ward ) I only have one name and it is Arthur Betherbiev.. and he's still injured, In case you didn't know. Pascal is a man of challenge. Forget his fight against the Cuban : he just didnt had any motivation fighting in a empty arena (1500 ppl) far from home against an unknown guy.
This man has such a big ego, losing in front of his hometown 2 times in a row is the last thing he wants and him and Freddy Roach will leave nothing behind .

I'm quite looking forward to this fight. I enjoyed the first fight, and feel this one could be fun.

But yeah, the LHW division needs to get it's act together. There is good fights to be made. Unfortunately i don't see any resolve anytime soon.

Eh, Pascal winning a round is arguable, two is a stretch. It's just that he looked so badly outclassed and beaten up in the other six rounds that the two close ones seem to be Pascal's by default - the Herald Lederman school of judging.

If you watched the 1st fight and then Pascal's next fight how can you possibly think Pascal has any chance at winning this fight? Its absolutely disgraceful this isn't Stevenson/Kov on the promoter that won the purse bid network of choice?

What does this fight do for the division and the sport-reinforce everything that is bad about both.
