Ortiz hasn't beat an upper tier opponent for a good while and seems like a total headcase so he should be fairly safe for Khan, but if Ortiz manages to do whatever mental gymnastics it takes to be his best self, he'd be a live and dangerous underdog.

And I always love watching Khan get ktfo!

    Make the fight!

Interestingly, Ortiz would probably be the quickest fighter Khan has ever faced if this fight were to be made.
Ortiz is quicker than Devon Alexander and Lamont Peterson? I've heard it all now.

For a tune up Khan will probably fight Gabriel Bracero or Miguel Vazquez.

Ortiz deserves another payday as much as OJ deserved another day of freedom.

I swear half this site is just entranced by any recognizable name. Victor Ortiz? The ****ing guy was stopped by Josesito Lopez and shot Collazo. Khan would destroy him and should be heavily criticized if he ever fought him.

I always wanted to see this fight. Both guys are always in entertaining fights, whether its good or bad for them lol. One guy has no chin and the other guy has no heart. Put them in the ring and lets see what happens.

Ortiz hasn't proven he's not shot yet.... Khan won't get much credit, if any atall, for winning this fight.

If Khan fought him he would have nothing to gain. Boxing fans would continue to lose respect for Khan for yet another big time cherry pick. Khan needs to fight Garcia. If he needs a rust removing tune up then he should try to beat Prescott and avenge the worst defeat of his career. That would do much more to improve Khan's image than beating up loser Ortiz. Khan already beat the hell out of Collazo who knocked out Ortiz in one round. Fighting Ortiz is going backwards.
Every fight Khan has taken in the last 3 years has been a step backwards.

Ortiz is exactly the type of opponent khan looks to fight.

Doesnt matter who he faces, he just needs to get in the ring

Ring rust is real, if he is to face Garica for the WBC, he better get a warm up in, although he should avoid a tough fight, he dosnt need to pick up a injury
