Comments Thread For: Bernstein: Golovkin Clearly Beats Canelo, Can't Imagine Him Losing

The biggest fight brewing for 2016 is still far from a done deal. If the stars fall in line, then Saul "Canelo" Alvarez will defend the WBC middleweight title against WBA/IBO/IBF champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin in the fall.

Golovkin can't beat him, he is the number one ranked boxer in the world at 155, truly, only legends have conquered this division.

Canelo clearly beats him. He is the best fighter at 155 - hands down!

Surprised that Bernstein is so certain about it. Obviously Golovkin will be the favourite but I wouldn't have seen it as that much of a sure thing.

I hope the fight happens this September. It is potentially the biggest fight this year. I hope Canelo is brave enough to take on GGG at the middleweight limit considering he is campaigning at middleweight now. I agree with Bernstein that Canelo will be outclassed in the fight but props for having a go! Canelo is still young and can rebuild after a loss.

What the Hell does Foul Brownstain know? This isn't two field workers fighting on a Wednesday on USA in a ring lit up by neon beer lights. Tell this dude to shut his bone smoker.
