You are right that the WBC has ignored mando's in the past, but this fight between Khan vs Garcia is a good advertisement for them, also i am sure Haymon has something to do with it.

Garcia vs Khan is a inhouse PBC fight. Al is giving us Thurman vs Porter and Khan vs Garcia this year

Haymon is waiting for Brook to grow frustrated with Hearn, and he'll make a play for him in 2017.
