I hate to say it....but this fight could stand a bit more build up. Unfortunately, there isn't anyone noteworthy that these two could fight seeing as how they are with Arum

Good to read Postol building up the fight. A victory for Crawford would give him two lineal titles in as many weight classes.

The last thing we need to do is build up fights where neither guy is even established. Building up fights doesn't work unless the guys are in their 20s..Postol is 32... building up fights turns out badly like 99% of the time..

Floyd and Manny would have done like 10 million PPVs had it happened in 2010...Odds had it at almost a 50/50 betting line..that means people were split down the middle..the fight happened when Floyd was a solid favorite and it did over 4 mil.

Crawford is bum hunting...would have been KO'd by Pac

Not taking sides as none of us know what sure what happened behind closed doors. But in terms of public statements, it was put out that Postol didn't want the fight yet, that his team wanted one or two fights beforehand. Maybe that info was BS, but it was out there a week or two before Crawford-Lundy was finalised and only now is there a public comment that Postol does want the fight right away.

Whatever the case, same promoter, same network, both have shown a willingness to take tough fights, so gotta hope it happens this year.

Wrong! Crawford has fought nobody besides a chinny-featherweight... Postol fought the biggest puncher in the division...

Crawford is fighting another cab driver...

If Pacquiao or Mayweather fought the opposition anyone else in boxing has been fighting, they'd be getting killed... fans are so fickle it's crazy..
