Yeah, the UFC can't keep his name out of their mouths, Glory can't keep his name out of their mouths, and every time someone shows some hope in becoming the next big thing in boxing people around that person have a hard time keeping his name out of their mouths.

You can't watch high level combat sports without Mayweather getting a name drop. Who is the next Mayweather, X could beat Mayweather, and X is the Mayweather of our sport, but Money needs to do things for attention.

Haters talk about him more than fans. Case in point

No, he did duck him don't try and sugar coat it and make a blatant duck acceptable just because its Khan.

He did a poll to let the fans decide - Khan wins, fights Maidana instead
          Strike 1 - Ducking

He then said Khan needs to fight someone, Khan does this and fights the guy who Brook was ducking Devon Alexander then he fights the guy who beat Provodnikov in Chris Algieri, Floyd fights Berto instead after all of those wins...
Who did Berto beat to get that shot, Lopez!
          Strike 2 - Ducking

There is no way around this, Floyd fans can lie to themselves all they want but they know exactly what their lord and saviour did.

Mayweather should not think of coming back. I'd rather see him fulfill his promise of hiring Schaefer and focus on making TMT Promotions get big and produce mouth-watering fights. That's where retired boxers belong, in my opinion.

i'm far from a floyd fan, but khan remain inactive for over a year thinking he had the fight in the pocket after beating diaz and when he decided to fight alexander it was kinda meaningless since he didn't have a belt at the moment. floyd then fought manny, the fight everyone wanted, and yes, the fight ****** and so did his last fight vs berto but khan wasn't gonna fight in september due to ramadan, right?

i'm convinced that if khan would have taken the fight vs alexander in december of 2013 he would have definitely gotten floyd instead of maidana.

He had a video to calm down the tension. Connor has him shook. He knows connor would dog him straight up

Your life force is being drained by this and Floyd lives off that. Thank you for giving life to the greatest fighter of this era. Without you, none of this would be possible.

I like Floyd, wish him the best and respect his career, but I'm glad he's retired.

I'm glad he's retired because he slows down boxing and potential fights with people waiting around for him to pick an opponent. No one wants to pick an opponent because they're waiting for him to give them a call.

What ends up happening is not only does Mayweather fight once or twice a year, but so does everyone else. It slows down the game emphatically.

Without a doubt, stay retired, Floyd.
