About time he gambles some of his millions in something beneficial to boxing fans. He could break even, make more millions or get bankrupted. (As we all know putting meaningful fights together has become more expensive than ever. Thanks to Haymon overpaying fighters.) Nevertheless, the more promoters, the merrier. He's a boxer, so I don't think he'll have patience in the art of marination. He'll most likely make quality fights now, instead of later. Or he could just follow Haymon's style of showcasing his figthers against cab drivers. We'll see what happens.

Nah. He had to use his own money, call them investment if you want. Promoters need stars, then make them fight each other to make money, or at least break even. But then they have to use money to build stars.

We'll soon see if Schaefer is really the wonder boy they claim he is. Or he'll impoverish TBE and force him to comeback when he's already in his 50s. Bear in mind that Schaefer was able to make fights happen because he used tons of money that he didn't own. Ask Espinoza.

Plus schafer is in love with Oscar, he will always be loyal to oscar. Oscar popped his boxing cherry. It's like when you love that stripper who is all wrong for you but the poon is so good you would leave even your wife for it.

I hope Floyd is very careful. Schaefer seems to be a bit self serving from past incidents.

If Floyd keeps his eyes open he should be OK, but he should never give Schaefer too much leverage in any decision making. In other words, make sure nothing gets done unless Floyd himself signs the dotted line.

According to Floyd, Schaefer built GBP from the ground up. This time he doesn't have to. Schaefer got Floyd with millions of dollars to start from.

Schaffer being back in boxing is a good thing. Although I agree with Weebler that Mayweather Promotions doesn't need him as much as I think Haymon could use him as a consultant to make improvements.

I wonder if the other top guys from GBP that left will be joining Mayweather Promotions as well.
