He won the fight, but I don't think by that many rounds. I had it a 1 point win with an even round in there. As for the Puerto Rico vs Mexico rivalry, that was just something to sell the fight. Both fighters are hyphen Americans in reality, so why there just has to be a rivalry I have no idea. Both fighters fought hard, both had moments, but neither dominated the entire fight. Certainly don't think Guererro has anything to be ashamed of. He just needs to fix some issues he always seems to have the last half dozen fights, and go back at it again. Garcia hopefully gets the Khan rematch, and maybe then we'll find out if he's really as good as his fans think he is. Khan's speed should nullify Garcia, but we will just have to see. Looking forward to it.

wow I really don't know what you guys were watching

I had it 116 - 112 for Guerrero and thought he won fairly easily even though it was competitive.

The first round I gave Danny was the 6th

Guerrero boxed really well behind the double jab which stopped Danny getting his range and was constantly pressuring and landing straight lefts and tagging him with combinations which stopped Danny counter-punching effectively.

Eventually Danny started to tie Guerrero up on the inside when G rushed in without setting up with the jab first and occasionally would land a hard counter.
But these had little effect on Guerrero who outworked and outboxed him throughout the majority of the fight.

Garcia had no idea how to deal with the pressure and boxing behind the jab of Guerrero and he was reduced to clinching at every opportunity because he couldn't compete on the inside or running away. The only success he had was when put his head down and swung for the fences and that was only very occasionally.

when the read out the scores as 116 -112 I thought they had finally managed to score a fight for the deserved winner for a change and not the guy who is supposed to win. I should have know it's as ****ing corrupt as always.

I didn't watch with commentary, how did they score it?

He's only hyping up Rosado because he's Canelo's next opponent most likely.

The only thing that gets him more upset than a Puerto Rican from Philly schooling a Mexican fighter is when a black fighter does it. And it happens a lot too. Dude must be ultra bitter as of late.
