ID The Fights Please....

From the past, probably not distant past. I hate that there's so many different people involved in boxing now; used to be easy. There are two fights I'm looking for.

Fight 1
Here's what I recall:

• A fighter quit. Injury. Not sure what.
• George Foreman was on commentary (thus it had to be an HBO fight)
• Foreman went off about the quit. "You don't quit!" and mentioned how he and others fought through injuries
• Someone else (I believe Larry Merchant) was trying to justify the quit to Foreman, which just set him off more

Fight 2

Here's what I recall:

• Emanuel Steward was on commentary (Thus it had to be HBO)
• Harold Lederman was doing the unofficial scoring - so that means...what...2013 and older? And I recall them asking him for his thoughts. He had it a clear, wide decision for the other guy.
• fight went to the judges, fighter got robbed and it was a blatant robbery, and I remember Stewart saying, "that was a bad call".
• Steward was emotionally shaken up. In fact I think this is the fight where he barely stayed composed during the after fight with him and, I believe, Jim Lampley.

Fight 2: Are you talking about the fight were after Steward started off by saying "I promised my wife and daughter I wasn't going to curse anymore, and i'm about to break that promise"

Is that the fight?

YES! That's the fight! What fight was that?

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. Humberto Soto vs. Francisco Lorenzo. Thank you sir! Just had to relive Steward's commentary. Didn't go to the judges, I thought it did.

EDIT 2: So I was overlapping two fights. That one and Casamayor/Santa Cruz. That was the robbery I was thinking of, but it was Soto/Lorenzo where Steward got overly emotional.

If I had more to go on I'd share it. Also if I had more to go on I could find them myself, but all I remember is all I shared.

We're not talking no-name or journeyman fights here, these were big fights, the problem is there's no way to search by who was commentating due to multicast.
