Garcia won 7-5. After 4 rounds I had it 4-0 Guerrero but Garcia stepped it up.

My scorecard and my thought exactly.

I thought that one commentator said it best, "this is Guerrero's fight to lose" and he gave it away.

There's literally zero controversy here. Garcia won clearly. Anyone who disagrees is trolling, blind, or really needs to get a life because their hatred is unhealthy.

The only 'gift' that Danny got was Guerrero, who practically came from two losses.

The judges got it right for once, and the right man won. No controversy.

Guerrero and his dad are salty and delusional. Anyone who doesn't stand still in the middle of the right and exchange blow-for-blow in the "Mexican style" is "running away" and a coward. But we should not confuse this with the reality of boxing strategy.

Guerrero did very well in the early rounds, but had gassed out by the midpoint. Garcia started to outbox him, landing hard shots and counters above and below. Even moving backwards he was landing offensively, sometimes at will. He had better lateral movement, and was able to control the pace of the later rounds.

Overall, Garcia won more rounds, landed more significant punches, inflicted more damage, and outboxed Guerrero.

I had the fight 117-111 in favor of Guerrero. There was no way Garcia won the fight when all he did was run and retreat. He only fought the last 15 seconds of the fight.

I haven't had a chance to watch it yet so didn't know what to think but since you are always talking complete bull**** I guess Garcia won handily.

I had it 115-113 Guerrero . Even in the second half of the fight Garcia would win only like he last minute of a Rd. If you lose the first 2 min and win the last min sorry doesn't that win you the Rd unless you did significant damage. No a robbery but Garcia lost.

Garcia fought a smart fight. Stuck to his plan and I can see why his team thought they would get the KO. Guerrero is just one mean SOB and this was his last stand. Ghost is probably a gatekeeper now although I think he should take some time away from the sport. Really hoping Garcia takes on another name opponent next. Khan would be awesome.
