i've been a critic of his for years but i'm starting to find an appreciation for him, what he does isn't pretty but it gets the job done

I somewhat agree and its his chin (his face wont hold up against a real power puncher but his chin will) and when you have a chin and some real pop (as garcia does) that means you are always in the fight no matter what from round 1 - 12, when your someone who dont have pop 99% of the time if you losing entering the 12 you already lost the fight and the 12th is a formality. Danny father told em have faith in your chin and the right hand (or somethist liek that) and thats when shit started changing for garcia.

Really don't matter if nobody can make him pay for it

Exactly, I think danny is a bum and I can list tons of fighters who I think can beat him but untill they beat him its just words.

Guerrero was doing good early, but as seen by Martinez getting dominated by a up and comer, Guerrero is too small for 147.
