Very interesting that this will NOT BE a PBC event after months and months it was delayed and now no longer on PBC. My guess from day 1 was that the delay was due to failed PBC ratings and the fight being too expensive for PBC investors to fit the bill and now it's being branded a showtime fight on CBS? You only do that if showtime is paying the fighter purses because why would you let your biggest fight to date not have PBC brand on it? If the ratings were better and PBC wasn't losing millions each fight this would be on PBC.

Tense face to face? They look like friends hanging out before getting paid. Thurman looks like he's goofing around in the stare down. Having said that, i know they'll both bring it and it'll be a good fight. I give a slight edge to Thurman.

And my point is what difference does it make? It says PBC on the damn fight poster. Showtime probably needs more exposure and this is the perfect opportunity being that CBS is Showtime's parent company.
