Vada hasn't caught anyone since 2013 because fighters refuse to be tested by VADA. They know what will happen. Ask JMM who ran from a career high payday against Pac because of USADA. Ask Bradley who refused to fight Marquez unless there was strict testing and even then he couldn't get VADA because JMM refused. Ask Mayweather who refused VADA and would only be tested by USADA and even then got caught by an IV. Ask Wlad and Ward who refuse to do testing.

VADA just sends samples to a WADA-accredited lab for results (same thing NSAC does). Also, Pacquiao no longer uses VADA for random drug testing for fights in Nevada. Only NSAC.

Pictures don't prove anything. Just like pictures are not proof of how much a person weighs. And that is why they use scales, and that is also why there is drug testing.

Timothy Bradley looks VERY diesel every fight, and he uses VADA for every fight. So I suppose he too is using drugs despite all this? Floyd also fought Mosley, who was an admitted doper, but made sure they did random testing. Pacquiao also fought Mosley, an admitted doper, and didn't even make him go through random drug testing like Floyd did. Does that prove anything?

fast forward to may 1st, same situation. Floyd can not provide enough urine sample for the test, they (USADA) then realized floyd was dehydrated on that simple basis (Floyd can not provide enough urine sample) so they allowed him to administer IV infusion.

Why did they not wait 6 hours like they did before?

are there certified doctors on USADA sample collection Team?

You are giving hopeless excuses now. In total, VADA has caught 3 fighters (Rios, Peterson, and Berto). NSAC has caught many more fighters than VADA and USADA put together, and there testing isn't even random and it's not as stringent.

You are making excuses for why VADA hasn't caught anyone since 2013. Just because more fighters are being tested, doesn't mean it will result in more positive results.

I've been saying it for a while. ALL the top fighters are using something. Floyd, Pac, Wlad, etc, etc have all carefully used steroids or peds.

As Conte says, 'the only ones who get caught are the ****** ones' and all the top boys have more than enough assistants to keep them organized.
