Callum Smith will return to the ring in a fight for another title in the spring.
The British super middleweight champion (18-0, 13 KOs) will challenge for the European crown in his home city, live on Sky Sports.
Smith, 25, will face Hadillah Mohoumadi (20-3-1, 15 KOs) for the continental belt after his promotional team, Matchroom Sport, struck a deal for their charge to attempt to add the blue belt to his collection.
