Because he elected to honor the rematch clause of Wlad over defending his mandatory with the IBF, a week after he beat wlad...

Fury should have appealed to them rather than brashly dumping the title as he did. Usually, but not always, the sanctioning bodies will reasonably accommodate the champion. I mean ****, look it the WBC, Wilder's been allowed 3 optional defenses before his mando

Lebedev also the only guy the WBA seem interested in enforcing mandatory fights. WBA about to order Doctorios/Lebedev.

It's awesome, but damn he seems to be the only person they bother ordering.

Definitely WBO, they stripped a legit champ in Andrade...
The IBF who gives a **** ass its only Fury and the title doesn't hold that much merit to it, truly does it?

                  Inconsistency / favoritism isn't a good thing.

I picked WBC but for other reasons than not ranking Wlad. It's like anybody they don't like being their champion in whatever weight class they strip them. Look at Timothy Bradley they stripped him twice of his title. First, after unifying with Kendall Holt and second after unifying with Devon Alexander. Nobody has ever bothered to tell me why.
