The European Boxing Association (EBA) wa dealt consecutive knockdown blows in its ongoing lawsuit with former parent company World Boxing Association (WBA).
The now-extinct regional sanctioning body has been in court for more than three years claiming its being unfairly ousted by the WBA in 2011, having filed a lawsuit seeking damages in the amount of 1.5 million Euros.
A recent ruling went against the EBA, along with its appeal being dismissed by a Spanish court on Wednesday, according to documents obtained by BoxingScene.com.
