He already ducked Chavez, Alexander officially by pulling out of the fights, and he ducked Rios, Thurman and Bradley by pulling out of all negotiations with them. Now he's doing the same with Khan, after Khan called his bluff. It's nothing new with Brook he's made a career out of avoiding fighters which is undeniable at this point.

No he has not signed with Al Haymon although their have been rumours for a while that if Eddie Hearn does not deliver the big name fights Kell might sign with Al Haymon.
