Not for me, I prefer the Flyweight division. Two of my favorite and most talented fighters in the sport can be found there and you have some serious talent in and around the division.

I think it is the most competitive division as the belt holders are so poor, those belts gonna be switching hands for a long while, until somebody comes along like Klitschko again and can assert his dominance, it is likely someone we haven't encountered at the weight yet, such as Usyk.

As for if being the best I'm not sure, it seems pretty deep for upcoming talent but I don't think it is any deeper than any other division likely worse.

Not even close. There is some excitement building up and but the overall quality of the fighters is very lacking.

We do have now two amercian heavyweight belt holders so of course there is more excitement in the states. But as a whole I still think the heavyweight division is garbage.

You have Fury, Wilder and the new dude Charles Murray as champs. To me that doesn't get me all that hyped up.

There are lots of big money fights to be made but really i dont think the skill level is that high (compared to other HW eras).

I like Flyweight: Gonzalez, Estrada, Ruenroeng, Ioka, Arroyo. Two of those guys are top 10 p4p and they are closely followed by Ruenroeng too.

And Featherweight: Lomchenko, Vetyeka, Russell Jr, Selby, LSC, Mares, Gradovic and Oscar Valdez coming up strong.

Super Bantamweight should have been great over the last few years but the fights werent made. Maybe it can still be, Quigg vs Frampton is happening and Rigo is on his way back from the wilderness.

SMW is pretty good with Degale, Dirrel bros, Jack, Groves and Callum Smith/ Ramirez on their way to the top.

WW is ok, will be good when the fights are made. Cruiserweight is always fun. LHW is a bit top heavy but has been ****ed due to the Kov vs Stevenson fight not happening.

Middleweight is woeful outside GGG and Canelo (155lbs?).

JMW has a lot of potential with plenty of talented fighters coming into their primes.

Overrall none of these divisions will flourish unless the best start fighting each other more often.

Actually thinking about it Cruiserweight is more than just fun, its a damn good division.

Glowacki, Drozd, Lebedev, Huck, Usyk, Afolabi, Makabu, Mchunu, Ramirez.

Great depth, but not sure the top level reaches the peaks of other divisions

Funny ****. 3 months ago the hw division Was at its worst ever. Now people are debating whether its the Best division in boxing.

Why is that? Is it because a brit and a yank is suddenly on top and not a Big fella from Ukraine?

It hasn't significantly improved or declined in recent years.

There's just a sudden wave of American and British heavyweights instead of being 100% Eastern Euro so now our media is paying some attention.

Which is honestly, 99% of the time, how most people percieve how strong a division is. How much journalists are blowing 1 or 2 routine wins into the sky until it seems like everyone is a killer.

This is also why it was "at it's lowest point ever" when US/UK were going through a dryspell. Kind of makes you sick.

I was just gonna say that, I never said it was the best division in boxing, I was simply asking if others felt that way.
