Povetkin was too old, his legs weren't the same. If he was in his prime he'd win

"Ten years ago he woulda whooped Wilder's ass."

"Suspect chin. Wlad knocked him down with a jab."

Wilder can carry on picking on midgets like Povetkin & Spilka all he wants, when he comes up against a real man like the gypsy king, he's getting the beating of his life.

Wilder could beat Povetkin, he has a punch that could end any fight at any time.

I don't expect Wilder will win but, as I do with Fury, I probably underestimate DW due to his often clumsy looking unorthodox style.

Fact is that both Fury and Wilder have beaten, and without huge drama's, every fighter that has opposed them in the ring.

Both are going to have "loyal" supporters and staunch detractors because they have rapid mouths and personalities.

Both are going to be easy to criticise due to ungainly styles and a division that will always have a steady production line of bums to keep feeding to them.

Truth is, there is no evidence that either fighter has any interest in ducking anyone (although their respective managers might if they feel they can) and seem to have supreme confidence in their abilities.

My feeling is that they are effective rather than gifted, in a different way to Wlad but the result is the same.

Hope they meet if they both get past Wlad / Povetkin.

Is Haymon going to let this fight happen?

Ill give him his dues if he fights and beats Povetkin.

Its the best win he can get except for Klitschko or Fury.
